I called in to get an appointment. After giving full name, list of health issues, MEDS, insurance, address, phone no., SSN, BD- I was told they would call me back. When they called back, I was told they couldn't meet my needs. But wasn't told what needs they couldn't meet. The POINT is- they could have answered all of their questions with asking 1st name, age, health problems, meds, and insurance. No NEED take down my personal info if they didn't really plan on accepting me.
Been their four times now, staff are very helpful and professional. Answered every single question I had. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a doctor.
